Step-by-Step Registration Instructions
Below are step-by-step registration instructions. Please note that our registration system has changed. Registration will be completed on this page and YOU SHOULD NOT SIGN UP DIRECTLY ON EMPOWERED.ORG. Your empowered account will be created or updated automatically after you submit this form (more info below).
1. To register for a Global Student Embassy trip you must fill out the form below. Please make sure information is accurate and up-to-date! If you traveled with GSE in the past, please use the same email address you used last time. If your trip is listed below, then it is full you must use the waitlist form.
2. After you register, you will receive an email explaining how to make your $250 non-refundable deposit through empowered.org. Your space on the trip is not confirmed until you have made this $250 deposit. (The deposit is non-refundable because we will be securing airfare immediately. For more information on our refund policy click here.)
3. Once you have registered and paid your deposit, you are ready to start fundraising for your trip! Make sure to personalize your profile and fundraising page to collect donations from families, friends, and more! Check out our fundraising guide for more ideas!
4. If, at any time, you should have questions about your trip or payment deadlines, please refer to your specific trip page. You can find your trip by selecting your school on the travel page.
