Ben Gordon works in domestic community development finance as an analyst focused on underwriting and portfolio management and analytics. He also provides consulting on budgeting, strategic planning, organization development, leadership and team building issues, and assistance with resumes and cover letters.
He has been working with GSE since its founding in 2009, having traveled to Zurite, Peru to assist with the planning and building of the agriculture irrigation canal. He joined its Board of Directors in the spring of 2012.
The GSE site in Chacraseca, Nicaragua was his home for several months in 2009 and 2010, shadowing the work of Conchita Montes and the organizations affiliated with her work. He is also an impromptu acrobat, runner, biker, and chef. Email: email@example.com
Deanne Clough principal at Clough Construction has owned and operated a deck and fence company in Marin County for 28 years. Her commitment is to sustainable materials and construction methods. Operating a certified green business and sharing information with her industry is her one of her strengths.
Growing up in the construction industry has taught Deanne almost all lumber is being clear-cut from the forest. CloughConstruction is a huge advocate of Forest Stewardship Council wood using FSC materials whenever possible.

David is an entrepreneur and executive with experience in operations, strategy, and marketing at some of the fastest growing companies in Silicon Valley. Most recently, David was employee 25 at Lyft where he helped the company scale from 1 market to 65 across the United States within 2 years and built the internal strategy team.
David’s passion for youth-driven environmental initiatives was sparked during his time at Stanford University, where he majored in Environmental Engineering. During his time there, David co-founded the Stanford Green Fund, a revolving $30,000 fund that supports student-led sustainability initiatives on the Stanford Campus.
GSE’s connection with Nicaragua holds special meaning for David, as his parents worked there on education and water sanitization projects during the Sandinista movement. Email: email@example.com
Renée Fernandez-Lipp has over 20 years of experience in the sustainability services field providing technical and managerial support to the public and private sectors for energy efficiency, renewable energy, water conservation, and waste management projects and programs.
She is a strong advocate for holistic green business and personal practices. Her passion for integrated sustainability lead her to public speaking on the benefits of utilizing municipal solid waste as a renewable energy resource.

Steve Gomberg is an executive with extensive experience in management, finance and corporate development in entrepreneurial companies. He is currently the managing director for Mondegreen Ventures LLC, an early stage investment firm with a focus on clean technology and alternative energy. Prior to Mondegreen, Steve was the finance director and a member of the board of directors. for Asia Biogas Company, which developed renewable energy power plants throughout Southeast Asia.
Over the course of his career, Steve has been involved in building a number of entrepreneurial businesses as a manager, consultant and financier. He has worked for several beverage firms, including three years as the chief operating officer of Blackstone Winery, whose wine is now one of the top brands in the US.

Lowell Haky is seasoned lawyer with extensive experience in the financial services industry. Lowell is currently the Chief if Civil and Complex Litigation for Charles Schwab & Co., Inc., where he has managed complex litigation and regulatory enforcement matters for the past 15 years.
Prior to joining Schwab, Lowell practiced securities litigation with Zelle and Larson, LLP, in San Francisco. Lowell also has significant experience in commercial finance and securitizations.

Oriet Cohen-Supple is an experienced litigation attorney, specifically seasoned in the areas of employment law and complex business disputes. Oriet is co-founder of Wright & Supple LLP, a boutique law firm specializing in advice and counsel to California employers and businesses, as well as in handling all related litigation.
Prior to founding Wright & Supple LLP, Oriet was an attorney at SV Employment Law Firm in Silicon Valley specializing in employment litigation and counseling, and was a litigation partner at Carroll, Burdick & McDonough, LLP where she also served as the Vice Chair of the Business Litigation Practice Group and Chair of the Education Committee.
