Trevor is a leader in experiential education. He has trained thousands on how to effectively address global and local environmental and social justice issues. Prior, he served as the Executive Director of the Amazon Alliance, which supported effective partnerships between environmental organizations and indigenous communities.
Lara Morgan | Development Director
Lara is a fundraising professional with more than 12 years of experience in nonprofits. Lara most recently worked with Big Brothers Big Sisters of the Bay Area as the Director of Individual Giving, then as the VP of Development with Women’s Audio Mission. Lara holds a Certified Fund Raising Credential from CFRE International.
Lyna Faucett | Finance Director
Lyna is a veteran finance executive. During her 23-year tenure at Wells Fargo, she managed and supervised the company’s annual marketing budget of over $400M, providing best-in-class financial planning & projections, as well as practical directions to marketers enabling the most efficient and effective use of financial resources.
Binsen J Gonzalez | Director of Sales and Marketing
Binsen is a bilingual growth marketing and business development professional with a decade developing strategy, branding, and managing integrated campaigns for consumer brands, tech ventures, and social-cultural initiatives. In 2015, he was named one of 20-under-30 Latino Millennials to watch by PRISA Media.
Sarah Cadorette | US Director of Education
Sarah is an educator with more than a decade of experience. She most recently worked as Director of an adult education center, and has taught rhetoric and composition at the college level. She has worked in nonprofit management and community organizing at the local, state and national levels ever since founding her own nonprofit at age 13.
David Mota De La Parra | Latin America Director of Education
David believes the connection between people and nature is the key to social change, with this idea in mind he studied psychology in his native Mexico and completed his Master’s in Culture and Development Studies in Belgium graduating from both with honors.
For the past fifteen years he has worked leading projects in many countries around the world in topics related to cultural diversity, sustainability, community building and education. These experiences have only strengthened his conviction on the possibility of a profound positive change in societies when we take the time to listen to one another and build together. Through his work with GSE he wants to share this experience with young leaders.
Jonathan Kramer-Roach | Growth Exchange and Operations Manager
Jonathan is a non-profit professional with experience in education and project management. He is passionate about learning from history and across cultures to meaningfully impact his community. Jonathan most recently led operations for Honor Flight Chicago, a non-profit serving senior war veterans.
Gina Hervey | Development Associate
Gina is a passionate food-equity advocate with experience in supporting the growth, development, and long term success of sustainable agriculture throughout the US and Latin America. After graduating from UC Berkeley in Food Systems and International Development, she was most recently working with Tejiendo Futuros and Mama Hope in Panajachel, Guatemala, where they opened a holistic school for low income children and began a permaculture center. In addition to helping community based organizations thrive and grow, she loves running, backpacking, baking, and singing!
